Yumi's Teeth

When my sister and I were playing with Yumi, my sister suddenly saw some tiny thing on floor so she picked up and we found out it was Yumi's teeth haha.. very tiny but sharp. She start dropping her puppy teeth since a week ago, this was her second time we found her dropping teeth.

The first time I was so shocked and worried and keep asking if anyone feed her hard food like bones, but find out nobody feed her that, so then i do a quick research on internet and find out actually puppies do drop their teeth when they are around 4 to 6 months old. phew.. feel relieves..

Yumi's New Tricks

Yumi is now 6 months old, her weight is around 2kg. She is consider quite smart and easy to train. Now she already know a few more new tricks, but she only will show you the tricks if you have food on hand haha..very greedy and pampered dog huh..

These are the tricks she knows for now:
1. stand (with 4 legs)
2. bow
3. sit
4. up (with 2 legs)
5. roll over
6. lie down
7. shake hand (hand hand)
8. give me five
9. jump
10. play dead (bang bang)
11. stay and ok (to eat the food)
12. spin/turn around
13. walk around me

Yumi's Tricks on video

Yumi is growing...

Yumi is now 4 months old. She is growing fast and now getting taller and longer. Her weight is around 1kg plus minus.

Recently, she has a few problems like ticks or fleas on her body, so I have to bring her to pet shop for full grooming (RM90) and I have requested the barber to shave all her fur so I can easily find the ticks and killed them all! Her body has red spots which are bitten by those ticks, it's really hurting her and making her so itchy and painful. I hate ticks! I have bought tick shampoo (RM47) and also anti-ticks sprayer (RM80) to prevent ticks. Rearing a pet is really not cheap. It is costly; I have spent like 1k on her including foods, vaccination, grooming products, toys and etc.

Anyway, my friend Ling and I have teaches her a few tricks, like Sit, Up, Lie Down, Give me 5, spin around and also shake hand. She seems to be quite good in learning new tricks but must have treats with you. She will barks at me if I don't give her food after the tricks haha.. super pampered right? She also can't stay still, it's very difficult to teach her to stay, which until now I still don’t manage to teach her to stay. I'm hoping to teach her roll and play dead too, so now I'm learning from online resources like youtube training video clip. hehe..

No.. please don't lock me inside the drawer. I will listen to your command :(

Yumi The Puppy

Recently, I just bought one cute shih tzu puppy from Mudah.com.my. I named her as Yumi, a cute Japanase name.

She likes to sleep and eat. She is quite lazy, may be because she is still young. She is now about 2 months and 2 weeks old.

But she still don't know how to go to the correct place to do her business :(. Sometimes she do eat her own poo and drink her own urine. These make her mami feel headache and have to look at her a the while, or else you will never know what she going to do or what she did. If you know any good solution to this problem, do let me know. Thanks :)

She also very manja, when her mami is not around or away for just a few seconds, she already start barking and make noise.

Adopted Two Bunnies

It's been a long time since I did not update my blog as I was very busy with work.

Ha! Good news :)! Purebunny blog finally has bunny pictures to share. Hehe. Recently I adopted two cute baby bunnies from PetFinder. Their birthdates are on 20th of May 2008, so it's only about 2 weeks old until now.

One has white fur with little black spots around it's body, while the other has brown fur with white stripes on it's head and around it's neck. One look more like an Angora and the other look like mixed type rabbit. Their mother is an Angora rabbit while their father is Mixed Angora. According to the rabbit's owner, the white one look exactly like the mother rabbit.

I didn't know their gender yet, because they are still too young to determine their gender. They are slightly bigger than my palm size, very adorable and active, and they like to bite things and smell things, just like curious babies. I haven't named them yet, if anyone got any idea what to name them then just let me know :)

The Dog’s “Attack”

Shoba and I went to Janice’s house to visit her dog, Bai Bai (The picture beside, hehe..sorry janice for using your dog's picture haha..). This is the first time we meet Bai Bai. He is a very strong and manja dog and he likes to bark. Every time he barks, I will get shocked and “jump up”. Although I’ve dog at home, but my dog never bark so “aggressively”.

After a while, Janice goes upstairs to take bath, so she let us to play with Bai Bai. Not long after that, I stand up from the sofa to walk around, then suddenly Bai Bai come to me and smell. (Now goes the horrible thing) He started to climb on my right leg and “attacked” me. Oh No..he grabbed my leg so tightly and start shaking his body. I screamed and tried to push him away from me. That time Shoba just walk to sofa and laughed at me (=.=” See.. this is so call “friend”). Fortunately, at last I am able to escape from his “attack”. Arrhh… I dun want this to happen again.. haha.. Because it’s really scary.
