A trip to Singapore during Christmas :)

My friends and I went to Singapore for 5 days 4 nights trip (on 24th Dec to 28 Dec 2007).

Our activities involved:

Day 1: Check in to Parkroyal hotel and walk to Orchard Road and Bugis street .
We walk for the whole day around Orchard Road, it's so tiring but too bad no count down on christmas night, wasted our time to wait for the night there.

Day 2: Visit Haw Par Villa, Singapore Zoo and Night Safari.
The night safari a bit scary because everywhere so dark, can't even see what animals may stand beside you. Whenever we past by the wild animals area, we will have to run fast, because we are afraid of the animal may jump out of the wall to give us some bites haha..and we walk non-stop around the zoo and night safari, our legs are almost breaking and even got backbone ache.

Day 3: Visit Sentosa Island for Skyride and Luge, The Merlion, Fort Siloso, Sentosa 4D Magix, Images of Singapore and lastly watch the Musical Fountain - Songs of the Sea

Day 4: Shopping in Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Chinatown and OG

Day 5: After breakfast then go back to KL (finally..haha :D )

Overall this trip is fun and exciting but tiring because have to carry bags and things around and walk or take bus/MRT to the destination. My skin get darker because of the 5 days continously expose under the sun. sob sob.. :(

Decoration on my office's cubicle

This is how my cubicle looks, with a little Christmas decoration (It is a bit messy, hehe..). It brings a little of Christmas feeling to me and the others around me hehe.. for the Christmas sock and two tiny bells with leaves around and ribbon.



This is how Janice nominates me as Bai Bai's Dream Girl. She draws and pastes it on my cubicle and her drawing is cute, but I don't want that name!

Actually Shoba could get this nominate too because another day she was nearly let bai bai "attack"! But Janice stopped her dog from doing that! aww...no....Janice, please don't stop your dog on Shoba next time, it will be fun to see that to happen hahaha..take picture when it starts..haha..

Bukit Tinggi Trip

My company organized a trip to Bukit Tinggi on Dec 8 to Dec 10. Actually there is not much places to visit over there, but my company's community organize a lot of activities for us, so that we are able to spend our time there happily. hehe.. this is a 3 days 2 nights trip.

The activities for the 3 days:

1st Day :
Morning: Explore Race to Bukit Tinggi
Afternoon: Visit Rabbit Farm
Evening: BBQ Dinner

2nd Day :
Morning: Paintball
Afternoon: Ice Breaking Session
Evening: French Style Dinner

3rd Day :
Afternoon: Visit Japanese Village @ Bukit Tinggi

My First Yoga Lesson

I went to Yoga Zone on Sunday in Plaza Damas for my first yoga lesson. I join the beginner class for my first free trial lesson. It took 1 hour for this class. It's consider quite tiring for person like me who seldom do exercise :p hehe.. The next day after the yoga, i got a little body or bone ache.

What have i learn for this class:
1. Sit Pose
2. Dog and Cat Pose
3. Forward Bend
4. The Cobra
5. Downward Facing Dog
6. The Sun Salutation (consist of the above No 2. to 5.)
7. Tree Pose (for balancing body, but i can't balance my own body with this haha..keep falling)
8. The Corpse (the most wonderful pose :p)

Bowling Tournament

My company community club has organized a bowling tournament in Alamanda, Putrajaya. The rules of this game is 3 persons in a team, and each girl got extra 15 points per match (3 of us all gals and we got 3 * 15 * 2 = 90 points ahead hehe..Yay! but…), total we need to play 2 matches.

We requested an early game for our team as we could not make it later than 9pm as one of us is not free after 9pm. So I thought when we start the game, there might not be anyone around because we start earlier, so even without any practice, I wouldn’t feel that shame since nobody is watching me play like a fool girl. But when I arrived, I was surprised as almost all of the other players had arrived and waiting for the tournament to begin. I was like “omg..how can this be..I don’t want to let anyone see me throw that heavy ball” haha.. It’s so shame, when I couldn’t get a point.

Before the tournament start, we have 5 minutes trial for us to do some warm up testing. During the 5 minutes, my ball doesn’t want to listen to my command and keep going to “drain”! After 5 minutes, the contest started and I still haven’t catch up the skill. I was like “omg…why don’t I practice before I come..there are million of eyes looking at a silly girl playing the heavy ball”. The first few rounds, I got 0 because “the ball” likes to “visit drain” haha.. which I can’t control that. Due to I keep getting 0 point, my colleagues saw me play like a fool girl, so they teach me how to play by telling me how to hold and throw the ball haha..I’m such a fool on sports or games. Alright, after listen to their telling, I started to catch up a little bit, but my “ball” is rolling too slow haha..i even laugh at my ball rolling. It’s like it need to take ages for it to reach the end..haha..really funny! But at least I start to get 3 points then slowly increase to be 6, 7, 8 and the last one I got “X” that mean hit all :p hehe.. Yay, Finally I got one! Haha.. thanks to all of you who taught me how to play.

When the game end, even we got 90 points ahead, but we still doesn’t win because of my beginning “wonderful points” haha.. Luckily my team didn’t blame me for this. Anyway it’s very fun but my right hand was so tired because of that heavy ball haha..

On the Oct 30 and 31, David Copperfield will be coming to Malaysia (Stadium Negara, Kuala Lumpur) for his Magic Performance "World Of Wonder". Anyone interested to go? This is really a great opportunity for those magic lovers and his fans to meet him and see his live performance. Me, my bf and his friend are going on Oct 30 (Tues 8:30pm). We bought the tickets at RM283 each (no discount :( ).

Raw Oyster

Anyone has tried raw oyster before? How do you feel about that? Delicious? I feel it is so disgusting! Yucky! Today, we had our Company dinner at Golden Horse Palace, and people is so wanting for the raw oyster, and I heard my colleagues said it’s nice, so I thought it’s really nice and decide to give it a try. But when I start eating a little part of the oyster, I was like “OMG, it’s so yucky!! I almost want to vomit!!” I didn’t swallow it, I just spit out the whole yucky thingy. Now I understand how Mr Bean feels when he ate those raw oysters.

The Dog’s “Attack”

Shoba and I went to Janice’s house to visit her dog, Bai Bai (The picture beside, hehe..sorry janice for using your dog's picture haha..). This is the first time we meet Bai Bai. He is a very strong and manja dog and he likes to bark. Every time he barks, I will get shocked and “jump up”. Although I’ve dog at home, but my dog never bark so “aggressively”.

After a while, Janice goes upstairs to take bath, so she let us to play with Bai Bai. Not long after that, I stand up from the sofa to walk around, then suddenly Bai Bai come to me and smell. (Now goes the horrible thing) He started to climb on my right leg and “attacked” me. Oh No..he grabbed my leg so tightly and start shaking his body. I screamed and tried to push him away from me. That time Shoba just walk to sofa and laughed at me (=.=” See.. this is so call “friend”). Fortunately, at last I am able to escape from his “attack”. Arrhh… I dun want this to happen again.. haha.. Because it’s really scary.
